Allegheny Mountain Rescue Group
Allegheny Mountain Rescue Group (AMRG ) is an all-volunteer, non-profit search and rescue (SAR) team based in Pittsburgh that has offered support to government agencies responsible for lost- and injured-person incidents since 1985. AMRG will help locate, access, stabilize, and transport patients in wilderness and suburban settings. AMRG will also aid in searches for suspected crime victims and evidence searches. These services are provided at no charge. AMRG’s primary response area is southwestern Pennsylvania and the surrounding areas in West Virginia, Ohio, and Maryland. AMRG is a member of the Pennsylvania Search and Rescue Council, the Appalachian Search and Rescue Conference, and is the only team in the state of Pennsylvania that is accredited by the Mountain Rescue Association.

Canine Aided Emergency Search and Rescue
Our team members respond to requests 365 days a year, 24/7. Despite inclement weather and other physical obstacles, CAESAR helps locate missing children and the elderly, and participates in water rescue and cadaver recovery. Our team is dispatched through Allegheny County 911 and StatMediVac. We support the efforts of searchers in counties across Western Pennsylvania free-of-charge.

Elkland Search and Rescue Association
Elkland Search and Rescue is an emergency response team who are trained in wilderness and remote emergency situations. We are a 35+ member strong team of dedicated individuals who train and strive to be proficient at outdoor emergency situations. Elkland Search and Rescue (SAR) members are trained as a QRS Service, providing a wilderness medical response team that is trained to remove individuals that have been involved in accidents at remote locations. The situations might include ATV accidents, horse back riders, hikers, loggers, hunters, canoeists, and gas well employees to name a few. Elkland SAR members are trained in all wilderness search and rescue applications. Elkland SAR is a NIMS Level II wilderness search and rescue response team. Elkland SAR team members are trained in many divisions of search. Those include outdoor enthusiasts, Alzheimer’s and dementia patients, mentally ill individuals, and despondent. Elkland Search and Rescue can also be called as consultants for families who have individuals missing from their family

Greater Philadelphia Search and Rescue

Middle Creek Search and Rescue
Middle Creek Search & Rescue is a team of trained Volunteers providing Search & Rescue operation in South Central Pennsylvania. Team Members are trained in Grid Searching Techniques, Managing Search Operations, Map and Compass Skills, Skywarn (Severe Weather Spotters for the National Weather Service), Crime Scene Awareness and Interviewing Methods.

Mon Valley Divers
Mon Valley Divers is a volunteer water rescue and recovery team based out of the Rostraver – West Newton Ambulance Service in South-western Pennsylvania.  The team consists of divers from all walks of life.  We accept civilians, police officers, volunteer fire fighters and ambulance personnel. Any healthy, active individual can be a member of our organization.  We have many non divers and beginning divers that are utilized in Surface Support rolls. The active rescue diver on our team must be certified to at least Open Water II and Rescue Certification from a recognized training agency.  This diver must also have there own scuba equipment.  We encourage continuing education and have members with advanced training and numerous specialties. Since our charter started in 1991, we have respond to a multitude of events.  Mon Valley Divers responds to rescue and recoveries, small boat accidents, boat and car recoveries, Weapon and Evidence recovery.  We dive for local and State Police, Fire Departments, Civilian Calls and Mutual Aid for other Dive Teams. 

New Jersey Search and Rescue
New Jersey Search and Rescue® provides highly trained volunteer search personnel throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and beyond, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are dispatched only by law enforcement and we do not charge for our services.  NJSAR offers incident management, mountain rescue, ground search, medical and K-9 search and rescue services. We manage all types of missing persons cases in wilderness, rural, suburban and urban environments.

Northwest Pennsylvania K-9 Search and Rescue
The Northwest Pennsylvania K-9 Search and Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization that provides support to emergency services such as police and fire departments during incidents involving missing persons. Our canine teams are trained in live find searches and human remains detection on land or in water. We are also ready to respond to searches following natural or man made disasters. It is our mission to assist local emergency agencies in rescue and recovery missions any time day or night. We serve Crawford, Erie, Forest, Mercer, Warren, and Venango Counties in Northwestern Pennsylvania. Quick dispatch is crucial to a successful search.

Search and Rescue Dogs of Pennsylvania
To provide a team of unpaid search & rescue professionals who are available to assist law enforcement agencies or fire departments in finding missing persons while maintaining the team requirement of putting the victim ahead of any other agenda. Strive to improve level of expertise by continuing training, education, and team unity through cross training and sharing of ideas/expertise.

Somerset County Search and Rescue
Sanders County SAR is a non-profit, professional, volunteer Search and Rescue organization that started in 1974.  We serve the communities of Sanders County, as well as providing mutual aid to our neighboring counties when requested thru the Sanders County Sheriffs Department.   Our members train regularly to provide the highest level of care to those requiring our assistance.    We are available for callouts 24/7, 365 days a year.   We are associated with the National Search and Rescue Association, and all of our members are required to become certified through  NASAR.   We have various technical teams that include;  Dive Rescue, Swiftwater Rescue, Mountain Rescue, Winter Rescue, and a Backcountry Medical Team.  Our members come from many different walks of life with one common goal, to save lives.
